The Joint Base Andrews Education Center is located at 1413 Arkansas Road, Suite 100. The Education Office offers testing facilities for college courses as well as two- and four-year programs for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. The education office also offers basic skills education classes and tuition and financial aid assistance to active-duty military personnel and their families.
